Ingredients:

Deep dish frozen pie crust

1 ½ cups cooked chopped ham

1 ½ cups hash brown potatoes (frozen hash browns can be used, just thaw them first)

1 ¾ cups shredded cheddar cheese

3 thinly sliced medium green onions

5 large eggs
-
¾ cup half-and-half
-
¼ teaspoon ground pepper

6 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

Sprinkle ham, potatoes, cheese, and onions into the pie crust

Beat eggs, half-and-half, and pepper in a bowl until blended

Pour egg mixture over ingredients in pie crust
