Stay Healthier in Your Wildwood Apartment by Avoiding Germs

These days, it seems like everywhere you look there are a variety of great measures being taken to avoid germs. Bottles of instant hand sanitizer are available for use at most cashier’s counters, and lots of grocery stores are offering free sanitizing hand wipes near the area where you pick up a shopping cart. It’s wonderful to see public places embracing the fight against germs, but it’s also important to fight germs at home.

• Always washing your hands when you come inside the house from work or running errands. Scrub the front and back of your hands, and be sure to pay extra attention to your nail beds and fingernails, which is where germs love to hide out.

• Always keep hand sanitizer or antibacterial wipes in your car, purse, gym bag, or any other place where you feel like you might need to do a quick hand cleaning. This way, you won’t bring germs into your apartment if you forget to wash your hands right away.

• It’s also a good idea to clean the things that you carry with you every day, like keys, a cell phone, and your travel coffee mug.

Of course, germs are impossible to avoid altogether and it’s only natural to come in contact with them in your day-to-day life.
