• 1 teaspoon baking soda

• ¼ cup sugar

• 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Start by preheating your oven to 400 degrees and then mixing the 1¼ cups of sugar, butter, shortening, and eggs in a large bowl. Stir in the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt.
