How to Make Buffalo Cauliflower
Cauliflower is quickly becoming a go-to healthy substitute for a variety of meat dishes. Whether you are a vegetarian looking for something new or just want to eat healthier, buffalo cauliflower is a great and easy option for you to cook and enjoy.

Ingredients:

Olive oil cooking spray

¾ cup gluten-free baking flour

1 cup water

½ Tsp garlic powder

Salt and ground pepper to taste

2 heads of cauliflower (cut into bite sized pieces)

Your favorite hot sauce
Once you have assembled all of the ingredients:

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F

Mix the flour, water, garlic powder, salt, and pepper together in a bowl and whisk until the batter is smooth and somewhat runny. Mix the cauliflower in the batter until the cauliflower is completely coated.

Bake in the oven until the cauliflowers is lightly browned, usually around 20-25 minutes.

Remove the cauliflower from the oven and brush the hot sauce over each piece individually. Repeat this process until each piece is completely covered with a good amount of hot sauce.

Place the cauliflower back into the oven until it is completely browned, usually about 10 minutes or so. Allow the cauliflower to cool for a few minutes then enjoy!
