Here is a list of the lakes that surround our apartments near The Villages, Florida:

• Lake Miona – Visitors can take a day trip to Lake Miona Park to view the beautiful lake and take advantage of the horseshoe pit, picnic areas, and playground.

• Lake Okahumpka – Surrounded by a beautiful park, Lake Okahumpka features a paved walking trail, grills, horseshoe pits, bike trail, volleyball courts, and plenty of picnic tables and pavilions to enjoy a light lunch or snack to the sounds of nature.

• Lake Griffin – Guests enjoy boating, canoeing, kayaking, and fishing on the beautiful Lake Griffin, located next to Lake Griffin State Park. There are also plenty of other activities to be found in the park itself, such as hiking, wildlife viewing, and camping.

• Lake Eustis – This lake spans 7,000 acres, and park visitors can participate in sailing and fishing activities, or simply enjoy the beautiful views from the many gazebos situated next to the lake.
