Here is a list of our staff’s favorite cleaning
tips:
- Ceiling fans – Brush with a long feather
duster every few weeks to prevent dust buildup. All of our

designer ceiling fans coordinated to match the rest of the
apartment’s décor. Keeping them clean can make a significant
difference in the overall appearance of your apartment.
- Switch plates – Spray cleaner on a cloth,
not directly on a switch plate. Use a disinfectant for your
own peace of mind.
- Kitchen appliances – Use a disinfectant
to wipe down all doors, handles, and other surfaces weekly.
- Sink – Freshen up your disposal by running
hot water for two minutes. Then throw in some ice cubes and
baking soda. Try grinding pieces of an orange or lemon peel
for an extra-fresh scent.
- Shower wall – Give your shower interior
a speedy wipe down after each use. Try a daily spray cleaner
to keep your shower extra-fresh.
We ask our residents to partner with our maintenance
team by reporting all maintenance needs to the office as soon
as possible. Remember that waiting to report a needed repair
could result in extra damage and a longer repair time. We also
ask that residents refrain from littering in common areas, amenities,
