Pool Rules for PepperTree Wildwood, Florida Apartments
Both refreshing and entertaining, our community pool is a favorite amenity at PepperTree in Wildwood. With its upscale patio furniture and lush greenery, the pool area is a perfect setting for a fun and relaxing day spend outdoors.
Our staff manages the pool throughout the year for our residents’ enjoyment, and we ask that asks that residents follow these few simple rules to help us keep our pool area in tip-top shape:
- There will be no lifeguard on duty so please swim at your own risk.
- Please read through and follow the pool rules that are posted in the pool area.
- Please shower off before entering the pool.
- Children must be supervised at all times while in the pool area.
- Only proper bathing attire should be worn in the pool. “Thongs” and “t-backs” are restricted from the pool area, and no one should swim in street clothes.
- Refrain from yelling or other loud activities, such as using boomboxes, while at the community pool.
- Alcoholic beverages and glass containers are prohibited.
Centrally located within our Wildwood, Florida apartments, our community pool is a feature not only you will enjoy, but your guests will love. If you bring guests to the pool, we ask that you limit it to two guests per resident. In addition, guests must be accompanied by a PepperTree resident at all times.
